TERRY ZIMSENFounder

Terry is a Chartered Tax Advisor, a fellow Public Accountant and a Chartered Secretary. He has over 25 years of experience in the Accounting / Tax industry and has worked with clients of different profiles, Holding licences to work in  taxation, company secretarial, and finance he carries a vast knowledge that is very beneficial to his clients. Over his career he has been involved in training accountants and in mentoring business and has worked with many your budding accountants in guiding their pathway.
He is also the founder of this organisation and is very passionate about finding ways to reduce and or remove homelessness from our society and founded this organisation with the hope that it will help him achieve his goal.

TARREN ZIMSENMedical Student

Tarren is a medical student at James Cook University and during his brief university stay he has held the position of Treasurer of the James Cook University Medical Students Association in 2013 and 2014, was elected President of the Saints Catholic Colleges at James Cook University 2014 and was appointed Residential Assistant at Catholic colleges at James Cook University in 2014.
Tarren is a very involved sportsman having played cricket, Rugby, water polo, Baseball, & Martial arts, having captained many representative teams both in Australia and overseas. He has recently taken up Golf and  tennis.

BRENDAN KINGFounding Member of Belleli King & Associates

Incorporating the practice with Jerry Belleli in 1985.
Prior to founding our firm, Brendan spent 9 years as a Court Registrar. He holds a Bachelor of Arts and Bachelor of Laws from Monash University and in 2000 completed a Master of Laws majoring in family law also from Monash University. Brendan is admitted as to practice as a barrister and solicitor.
Brendan practices in all areas of law and has a particular interest in family law, crime and small business commercial disputes. He is also a skilled advocate and has appeared for the firm’s clients in various courts and tribunals including the Family Court of Australia, the Federal Court of Australia, the Federal Circuit Court of Australia, the Supreme Court of Victoria, the Magistrates Courts of Victoria and the Victorian Civil and Administrative Tribunal.
In his spare time, Brendan sits on the board of Ties for Lives and Somebody’s Child charities. He has volunteered at Mentone Community Legal Service for over 20 years. He is also a musician and enjoys competing in endurance sports including long distance, running, mountain biking, triathlons and much more. Coming from a multicultural background, Brendan speaks French, Greek and Italian.

CYNTHIA DAVISFacilitator of Mindwise

(PhD, MSc, Grad Dip App Psych, BEd, MAPS, FCCP) is a Clinical and Corporate Psychologist. As facilitator of Mindwise she offers a comprehensive approach to the transformation of individuals and families in the Melbourne CBD.  Her particular clinical interest is to treat many patients with complex trauma with the layered effects of multiple co-morbidities including addictions, mood disorders and dissociative disorders. Her patient load consists of people from all sectors of society including businessmen and women, people of many beliefs including Christian, Jewish and Eastern, and people from under-privileged backgrounds.  She is passionate about her two daughters, the younger is studying performing arts in New York and the older is studying commerce at university in Melbourne.  She is also keenly interested in health, exercise and nutrition and composes music on piano in those rare moments of spare time.

Dr Tilak Dissanayake MBBS (Monash) DAc (Hons) FRACGP FACRRM Graduated From Monash University in 1994 with MBBS, Embarked in a Surgical career at the Alfred and Austin Hospitals in Melbourne, Worked as a Rural Generalist in NSW for 11 years. Elected past Vice-President/President of Rural Doctors Association of NSW, Clinical lecturer,Rural Medical School,University of Sydney.
Elected/appointed as the Victorian Director of Australian College of Rural and Remote Medicine. Current member of The Victorian Medical Board RACGP
